UConn Early College Experience and UConn Study Abroad are proud to offer a study abroad opportunity for UConn ECE Alumni who have taken UConn French through UConn ECE and are graduating from high school June 2008.  Between your senior year in high school and freshman year at UConn you could earn 6-7 UConn credits in a home-stay program in Toulouse, France.  This is the ideal study abroad opportunity to accelerate your French language skills, your University career, and prepare you for a year abroad in Paris, France. 

Deadline for application is February 18, 2008.

Price of program (including transportation) is an estimated:  $3,874.00 [link]

This study abroad opportunity is open to students who:

• Have taken either French 267 and/or French 268W though UConn ECE
• Have been accepted and matriculating to the University of Connecticut starting Fall 2008.
• Are 18 years of age as of June 1, 2008.

UConn ECE Students accepted to this program are required to complete all application forms, and meet all University Study Abroad deadlines.  Students are required to buy the meal plan package which is in addition to the above estimated program cost totals.  In addition to the UConn Study Abroad forms you and your parents will need to complete the following form responding to age requirements and required parental consent.
